The Role
This is a full-time production role inside a U.S. insurance operation. You'll be trained to support real property and catastrophe claims using structured systems, modern tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
The work is detail-driven, rules-based, and quality-focused. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed — especially early on. You'll process real claims that affect real people, and your work goes straight to production.
No prior insurance experience required. We train you from the ground up. What we need is someone who follows systems, pays attention to detail, and wants to build real skills in a modern, AI-enabled environment.
Responsibilities

Review property damage documentation, apply coverage rules, and prepare accurate claim assessments for U.S. insurance carriers.

Use AI-assisted workflows daily to analyze data, generate reports, and improve efficiency — learning how humans and AI work together.

Execute clearly defined processes with consistency. We have systems for everything — your job is to follow them precisely.

Build specialized knowledge in insurance claims processing — a skill set with stable, long-term demand in the U.S. market.
